Laser Pointer Play Without Overdoing It

Playing with Whiskers is a normal task, but recordings show distinct over-spinning and microwave-laser results.

Short answer

What we can say

Use the laser pointer to complete the play interaction; avoid forcing repeated tight, fast circles or shining it into the microwave. The recordings do not establish a numeric speed threshold or every microwave trigger condition.

Two different outcomes

The Ancy result concerns going to sleep without completing play. The Blackhole result instead concerns spinning Whiskers too fast. Merely taking the pointer is not evidence that the play task was completed.

A cautious routine

Watch the in-game task state, move the pointer deliberately, and stop once play registers. This is practical advice inferred from the results, not a claim that a specific path or number of seconds is required.

Keep the pointer away from the microwave

An October 14 recording shows a separate Nuclear Meltdown result whose on-screen text says a laser was shone into the microwave. This is not the same as spinning Whiskers during play, and the video does not establish every condition needed for the result.

Check the evidence

Video observations come from third-party gameplay, including user-supplied local recordings where noted, not an independent in-game test. Official badge links verify the badge listing, not a full unlock route.

What remains unverified

The recordings do not reveal a measured safe rotation speed, a required amount of play time, or every microwave-laser trigger condition.
