If you see the head in the toilet, interact with the toilet and check that the anomaly has cleared before you sleep. A recorded Down the Drain screen says the player went to bed without flushing him.
What to look for
Check the bathroom when the house feels different or the owner sends a new message. One supplied October 8 recording shows a human-looking head rising from the toilet. The phone then tells the player to flush him again. The footage supports this response, not a claim that the event always appears on a particular night.
Make the response part of the final sweep
Use the interaction prompt at the toilet if the head is present. Before using the bed, revisit the bathroom and make sure the head is no longer there. This is separate from the daily litter-box chore in the laundry room; cleaning Whiskers' litter will not substitute for resolving a bathroom anomaly.
