What we can say
A supplied phone message says television static puts the street creature to sleep. The public Catzilla result appears when the creature reaches the end of the street. Once the danger has passed, turn the TV off before bedtime; the separate Screen Time result is tied to sleeping with it on.
When the street changes
Look outside rather than assuming every dark shape is the same event. In an October 8 gameplay recording, a large creature is visible outside and the owner's phone says to turn on the TV because its static will put it to sleep. That is a recorded in-game hint, not our independent timing test.
Do not trade one failure for another
The Catzilla result screen in the linked walkthrough describes letting the creature reach the end of the street. A different result, Screen Time, describes going to bed with the TV still on. Use the TV for the event if prompted, then add an explicit TV-off check to your bedtime routine. We cannot give an exact safe wait time from these recordings.
Check the evidence
Video observations come from third-party gameplay, including user-supplied local recordings where noted, not an independent in-game test. Official badge links verify the badge listing, not a full unlock route.
- Catzilla result
The public result appears at 21:45 in the linked walkthrough.
- Screen Time result
A separate result at 17:55 concerns the TV still being on at bedtime.
What remains unverified
The owner message is visible in user-supplied local footage, but we have not independently tested the TV's effective range, timing or every creature state.
